TMR is simple - maximize your membership with us, and we maximize your rewards!
The more products and services you use with CapCom, the more points you receive. The total number of points you have each month determines your TMR rewards level - Choice Rewards or Advantage Rewards or Elite Rewards. No coupons - we do all the tracking and the rewards come to you. Each month your TMR points are calculated as your relationship with us grows... it's our way of thanking you for your membership! Here's how TMR works for you... Monthly TMR Points - each product and service you have with CapCom is worth a set number of TMR points. Each month the current number of TMR points you have automatically calculates and adjusts as your membership relationship with us changes and grows. The total monthly TMR Points you accumulate determines the level of TMR Benefits you receive.

TMR Benefit Levels - it does not matter which TMR level you are - as your relationship with us grows, your rewards grow... here's how it works: Choice Rewards = 0-199 points Advantage Rewards = 200-399 points Elite Rewards = 400+ points |
Upgrade your TMR Level - it's simple. Sometimes all it takes is adding one service like Direct Deposit... call us for details and we'll walk you through the TMR process It's simple - you don't have to do a thing to collect your rewards! Your level of TMR points is displayed on your Home Banking page and your monthly statement - and at any time, you may check your TMR level by visiting one of branches or calling us. No coupons, no contests, no tracking... we do it all and the rewards just come to you. *Total Member Rewards not valid on business, organizations, DBAs, individual member accounts under the age of 18 and members not in good standing. Use of service once per month constitutes "active". Accounts must maintain minimum requirements/balances to earn points. Points totaled at the end of the day on the last day of the month for the following month. |
