Merger Update - July 2009

To date, the merger integration is progressing on schedule. Our team is working hard behind the scenes to ensure a smooth and successful computer system integration this coming October.

One change that will take effect on September 1, 2009, is the time our daily checks are processed. Checks are currently processed every weekday evening; however, beginning September 1, checks will be processed in the afternoon. Please make a note of this change and make sure funds are available in your account at the beginning of each business day to cover the checks that you have written.

In addition, it’s very important that we have on file your current home and e-mail address. If you need to update either address, please do so as soon as possible to ensure that you will receive all the information necessary about the computer system integration. Please visit your local branch office to make these changes.

Also, please pay close attention to your statements and any mail you receive from us over the next few months. Soon we will begin sending you important information about integration-related dates and changes. 

 In the meantime, please continue to use:

• Your CapCom member and account numbers
• Your existing checks, ATM, debit and credit cards
• Branch locations in Lansing, Grand Rapids and Greenville
• The Web site at www.capcomcu.com to do all your Internet banking
